This is where you can see what jutsus you get when you reach each rank! Each rank has its own set of jutsus. When You rank up you come here to see what jutsus you learn. After that you can use them in role playing and in missions ! When you rank up, The Hokage will post the jutsus that you learned in the section Jutsu and Ranking Improvements you will see Your Characters name: Jutsu and Ranking Improvements. That is how you will be able to see the new techniques that you have learned.
