The mission reports you guys are sending in are terrible.
Heres an example of my expectations.

MISSION INSTRUCTIONS- THIS IS A VERY COMPLICATED MISSION....BUT YOU HAVE THE POENTIAL TO PULL IT OFF!!!! OK THIS MISSION IS ABOUT LEARNING AND SAVING AND PROTECTION....... YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE TO LEARN 1 MEDIACL NINJUTSU FROM SAKURA.....TRAVEL TO TANZUKU TOWN......AND DESTROY THE REMAINING 2000 PUPPETS THAT ARE HOLDING SOMEONE HOSTAGE....THE PERSON THAT IS HOSTAGE IS ON THE VERGE OF DYING.....SAVE HIM WITH YOUR NEWLY AQUIRED MEDICAL NINJUTSU!!!!! FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AS WRITTEN!!!!!!!!!!!

HOSTAGE/DYING PERSON NAME-JIRAIYA THE LEGENDARY TOAD SAGE SANNIN

MISSION DETAILS- LORD HOKAGE HAS DECIDE TO PUT OUR ABILITES TO THE TEST AND BEYOND......JIRIAYA WAS SENT NINE DAYS AGO TO DESTROY THE REST OF THE PUPPETS AND NEVER RETURNED......HOWEVER...ONE OF JIRAIYA'S TOADS...GAMACHITCHI HAS RETURNED TO THE VILLAGE WIT A NOTE FROM JIRAIYA STATING THAT IS IS ABOUT TO LOOSE HIS LIFE DUE TO POISON INDURING PAIN FROM 2000 PUPPETS HOLDING HIM HOSTAGE IN TANZUKU TOWN......HE SAYS ALSO THAT SAKARA KNOW OF ONE MEDICAL NINJUTSU THAT CAN SAVE HIM....HE SAID TO ASK SAKARA TO TEACH YOU THE JUTSU AND IMMIDATILLY HEAD OUT FOR TANZUKU TOWN.....HE SAID ALSO AS A HINT THAT THERE ARE EXACTLY 2000 PUPPETS HOLDING HIM HOSTAGE AND HES ABOUT TO DIE....SO WITH THAT STATED......YOU MUST SAVE JIRAIYA FROM CERTAIN DEATH....AND ONE MEMBER OF THE GROUP MUST ATTEMPT TO HAUL HIM BACK TO THE HIDDEN LEAF FOR FURTHER MEDICAL TREATMENT!!! WHILE THE OTHER THREE MEMBERS DESTROY THE REST OF THE PUPPETS.....AND PLEASE USE A VARITY OF JUTSU NOT JUST RASENGAN AND CHIDORI....THERE ARE MANY JUTSU THAT WE KNOW AND ARE POSTED ON MY BLOG SO READ THEM IF NEED BE!!!!!!!

IF BY ANY CHANCE JIRAIYA DIES OR ANY OF YOUR CLANMATES DIE.......YOU WILL BE TERMINATED......AND YES IM DEAD SERIOUS THIS IS A TEST OF YOUR ABILITES AND SKILLS...NOT ONLY THAT THIS IS TO SEE IF YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN TRYING TO SAVE A HOSTAGE AND PROTECT YOUR TEAMMATES....IF YOU THINK THIS IS HARD QUIT NOW THE MISSIONS GET HARDER FROM HERE ON OUT!!!!!!

SHADOWPUMA'S REPORT


I got the message from a ninja that knocked on my door and seemed to be tired as
if he had run all the way to my house from a lond distance. He told me that the
Hokage had an urgent mission for us and that i was to report to him asap. So i
thanked him, quickly gathering my things that i would need on a mission to save
time and sset of to the Hokages office. When i got there i realized that i was
the last to get there, and the hokage skipped all formalities and debreifed us
all on the mission. He appionted Rasengan as team captain, and we all
congradulated him. We then continued listening to the Hokage and we found out
that indeed it was going to be a hard mission so i was glad that i had gathered
my stuff already, apparently everyone else had to. We all seemed to gasp when
we found out that it involved saving the legendary jaraiya and that we would not
only face 2000 puppets but also that there might be more than one pupeteer. We
also found out that he was on the verge of death and that we needed to learn
medical ninjutsu before we set off which would be very challenging.

We were dissmised and we set out to the medical core hospital to find sakura.
When we found her we told her the situation and she immediately taught us the
medical ninjutsu, the mystical palm technique. We thanked her although we knew
that none of us had really mastered it kause that would take far to much time.
We then got some last minute things that sakura said we would need for possible
poisons. After gathereing the various herbs we set off for tanzuku town.

We were in such a hurry that we had almost forgotten to make possible
strategies. Rasengan said that the best possible plan was to clear a path to
jaraiya get him back to the village and then deal with the puppets afterwards.
We agreed and proceeded to Tanzuku town. We got to the town and we climbed to
the top of the highest tree and Rasengan told Marrik to use his byakugan to find
jaraiya. He said that he was at the far end of the town, the furthest away from
us. He said that he could barely sense jaraiya's chakra which meant that we
could not afford to waste time. Blaze said that we could go around the town to
avoid unnecessary fighting until we could get to jaraiya and treat him. Rasengan
liked the idea and told Marrik to look for possible peaple keeping watch on the
towns perimeter and he said that their were none. Rasengan looked at each one of
us and told us that we were to move quickly and quietly, and thatour primary
objective was to save jaraiya. We nodded our heads and moved around to the back
side of the town and infiltrated the building where jaraiya was being held
hostage. To our surprise there was noone in the room so we untied jariaya and
told him to tell us what had happened while we healed his wounds and gave him an
antidote for the poison. As we were preparing the antidote somebody saw us and
shouted out our location. At that instand dozens of ninja surrounded us. I told
them that we didnt have time to use regular medical ninjutsu so i used a antient
technique that was taught to me by my dragon eragon while we had trained
together. I leaned over and healed jaraiyas wounds by sayind "weiss
hail", his external wounds healed before our eyes. We still needed to
complete the antidote and extract the poison so we left that task to Marrik
since he had learned the jutsu the best. While Marrik was busy doing that
Rasengan, Blaze, and myself were busy trying to fend off the ninja. Apparently
this was why jaraiya had so much trouble, these ninja were all missing ninja
that had joined together from different villages and made a mercenary group. The
ninja came at Rasengan first , then me, and afterwards Blaze. They were skilled
in their jutsu and they launched multiple jutsu's. First came the air bullet
which i cancelled with my fire bullet. Blaze threw some kunai and then used his
fire wave killing about a dozen ninja but there was still about 65 ninja's left.
Rasengan used his 1000 meter punch taking out another 4 ninja and then followed
it up by using his fire and wind blast technique killing another 10. We then
remembered that their would also be puppets nearby so i decided to use my
amateratsu and let the others take out the remaining ninja that were to busy
trying to get away from my amateratsu to pay atention to Blaze and Rasengan
coming up and killing them with kunai conserving their energy and chakra. I then
felt the drain of power after using the amateratsu and staggered, but before i
fell i was caught by Marrik who said that he had extracted as much poison as he
could and that he had given jaraiya the antidote. He said that jaraiya was still
in need of medical attention so we decided that somebody had to take him to the
village and that the three that remained would take out the puppets. We
exchanged glances and then Marrik said that Rasengan should go since he was the
fastest ninja and he still had a lot of chakra left incase he ran into trouble.
Blaze said that it was a smart idea and i stayed quiet since i was still
recuperating from the amateratsu. Rasengan reluctantly agreed and made Marrik
the temporary team leader. With that Rasengan set off with an unconcious jaraiya
atop his back.

I stood up and tried to focus my vision. After a couple of minutes i succeded
in doing this and Marrik said that we should take out the puppets and get back
to rasengan as quick as possible. Marrik told both me and Blaze to activate our
Sharingans and he activated his byakugan. With Marrik leading us we quickly
found the puppeteer but we didn't see and puppets. The puppeteet said that he
had been waiting for us and then he summoned his 2000 puppets!!!!!!!! Marrik
took the left flank of puppets, Blaze took the right, and i took the middle.
Before the puppeteer got a chance to do anything Blaze used his flame bullet and
followed it up with a grand fire ball while Marrik used his lightning release
dual element blast simultaneously and quickly took out about 1000 puppets. Then
they looked at me and asked why a hadn't done anything and realized that i had
cast tsukiyomi on the puppet master. I slayed the puppet master with a air spear
and then the puppets all collapsed and fell to the ground at the same time. They
both looked at me and said "why didn't you say so before we wasted chakra
on our jutsu's". I looked at them both and said "you didn't ask".
MArrik, Blaze, and I all laughed and then we decided to head back to the village
and try to catck back up with Rasengan. To our surprise we found Rasengan on the
way back and we stopped on a tree branch. Exchanging words we found out that
jaraiya was in critical condition but that he would recover and we told Rasengan
that we had taken out the puppet master. Rasengan smiled at us and said
"Good job guy's. Mission accomplished." We then headed back to the
village together with smiles on our faces. We reported to the Hokage and he said
well done. He also gave Rasengan a prize for doing so well in our recent
missions and made him a chunin. Rasengan was so delighted that he invited
everyone to eat as a reward for a mission well executed!!!!!!!!
